Mirchi Pakoda & Aloo Bonda
Deep fry or bake in oven.
Place idli in a single row in a microwave safe dish. Cover with glad wrap and microwave.
Vada & Dosa
Crisp up defrosted vada and dosa in the oven. If cannot use oven then deep fry vada and use pan to heat up dosa.
Sambar & Biriyani
Heat in microwave, stove top or using electrical appliances like slow cooker and rice cooker.
Heat pan and warm aloo paratha on both sides. Cut in half, place in foil and serve with butter.
Veg & Non Veg Package
Samosa & Aloo tikki
Either deep dry defrosted items or bake in oven!
Paneer tikka & Chicken Seekh Kebab
Bake in over or heat in pan with little oil!
Heat the palak gravy and add defrosted paneer to it. Finish with some cream if desired.
Heat the gravy well, line defrosted kofta balls in the serving dish and top it with the hot gravy. Heat again before serving.
Dal Makhani, Butter Chicken, Biriyani...
Heat in microwave, pan or using electrical appliances and serve! Use rice cooker to heat and serve biriyani if available.
Heat a pan and warm naan on each side for 45 seconds. Spread with little butter if desired, place in foil and serve immediately.
Use packet of boondi to make a delicious raita with yoghurt of your liking! All other accompaniments are included.
Defrost and if needed slightly microwave to get right consistency. Keep refrigerated and serve cold.
